Over 20% Reduction in Chemical Consumption Achieved in TürkTraktör Paint Shop Process with Titrabox

In the TürkTraktör paint shop, the management of degreasing and coating solution tanks has been fully automated using the Titrabox system. With inline pH and total acid analyses implemented by the system, manual sampling has been eliminated, dosing processes have been fully automated, workforce efficiency has improved, and production quality has increased.

Following a period of stable operation, the chemical consumption data recorded by Titrabox was compared with previous periods. The analysis revealed that chemical usage decreased by more than 20%.

This improvement is attributed to Titrabox’s ability to perform precise and optimized dosing based on real-time analytical data, supplying only the required amount of chemicals to the tank.
